What Rotaract offers

Community service — Rotaract members design and run their own service projects, tackling issues they care about in their communities.

Professional development — Through mentoring, networking, and skills workshops, Rotaract helps young professionals grow.

Global connections — Rotaract is active in over 180 countries. Members connect with peers worldwide through projects, exchanges, and conferences.

Leadership experience — Running a Rotaract club means managing budgets, chairing meetings, coordinating volunteers, and leading teams — all practical, transferable skills.

Friendship — At its heart, Rotaract is about building genuine friendships with people who share your values.

Many Rotarians began their journey in Rotaract — including the current Rotary International President.

From Rotaract to Rotary

Many Rotarians began their journey in Rotaract — including past Presidents of Rotary International, who began their Rotary journey as Rotaract members. Rotaract is a natural pathway into Rotary membership, but it’s also a meaningful experience in its own right.
